Intelligent pulse radar level meter

Measurement principle:

The KJT-RAPS60ZT series radar level meter antenna emits extremely narrow microwave pulses. This pulse propagates in space at the speed of light. When it hits the surface of the measured medium, part of its energy is reflected back and received by the same antenna. The time interval between transmitting pulses and receiving pulses is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the medium being measured.

Due to the extremely high propagation speed of electromagnetic waves, the time interval between the transmitted pulse and the received pulse is very small (on the order of nanoseconds) and is difficult to confirm.

Pulse series radar level meters use a special correlation demodulation technology that can accurately identify the time interval between transmitting pulses and receiving pulses, thereby further calculating the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium.

The "false echo learning" function allows the instrument to correctly confirm the real echo and obtain accurate measurement results under the condition of multiple false echoes.

Such as: measurement of high temperature, high pressure and small dielectric constant media, etc. Adopting pulse working mode, the radar level meter transmits very low power and can be installed in various metal and non-metal containers without causing harm to the human body or the environment.

The radar level meter uses a high-band transmission frequency, so it has:

—The beam angle is small, the energy is concentrated, and it has strong anti-interference ability, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy and reliability;

—The small size of the antenna makes it easy to install and add antenna protection devices such as dust covers;

—The measurement blind area is small, and good results can be obtained for small tank measurements;

—Short wavelength, good effect on level measurement of particulate matter.
